Water Treatment for Your Home and Business:

Pumps: made by Franklin Electric, USA
Franklin Electric Residential and Light Commercial products have been a driving force in the industry for decades. Typical applications include homes, farms, restaurants, schools, coalbed methane recovery and small factories.

Submersible pumps

Submersible pumps push the water to the surface as opposed to jet pumps having to pull the water to the surface. The main advantage of the submersible pump is that it prevents cavitation, a problem associated with the elevation difference between the pump and the water. Submersibles are more efficient than jet pumps.

Jet pumps

Jet pumps are a common solution to the issues associated with extracting water from water wells. A powered pump, often centrifugal, is installed at ground level. Its discharge is split, with the greater part of the flow leaving the system, while a portion of the flow is returned to the jet pump installed below ground in the well. This recirculated part of the pumped fluid is used to power the jet and provide a reliable flow of water.

Booster pumps

A booster pump feeds the household water system from the storage tank and can be a shrouded submersible pump mounted in the storage tank, a shallow well jet pump, or a single- or multi-stage end-suction centrifugal pump. Book and Book Water will install or replace a properly booster pump to meet the flow and pressure requirements of the residence.

If fire protection is a part of this system, the booster pump requires additional considerations and will need to be sized accordingly. Dependent on local and state code, we ensure that the demands of the fire protection system meet all requirements when ensuring your family's safety.

Constant pressure pumps

Franklin Electric constant pressure systems use a variable speed controller to put your water system on cruise control. Leave insufficient water pressure behind with an affordable, easy-to-install pressure solution.

Storage tanks

For fire systems, sprinklers, and whole house water systems, Book and Book Water can supply the storage tank which fits your needs for safety, quality water, and state code.

Pressure tanks

Affecting the quality of the water flow, today's modern storage tanks and pressure systems are custom selected and installed to meet the needs of the family home or small commercial business. Replacing sub-standard systems means the toilet in the half bath no longer affects the morning shower.
